Booking Terms & Conditions




Your reservation is not confirmed until you have agreed to the standard policies, terms and conditions, and your deposit payment has been received.  In the absence of receipt of your agreement to our booking terms and conditions, receipt of your deposit payment consitutes acceptance of the bookings terms and conditions.


Owner Policies

Amenity Terms of Use: Full respect should be shown to the property and all Policies adhered to.
Arrival Days: Guests can arrive on any day of the week. (There are no arrival day restrictions.)

Child-Friendly Home/Complex: Families are Very Welcome. (Teens, kids and infants welcome with parents/guardians.)

Courtesy Hold Reservations: For maximum fairness we operate on a first come first serve basis and do not (The first party to book the property secures the dates in question.)

Excessive Cleaning Costs: Check out cleaning costs are included in booking costs. (Additional cleaning expenses will be charged in addition and billed to guest credit card as per Guest Registration Form, completed on check-in.)

Garbage Removal: Provided twice weekly. (Contact Housekeeping for additional garbage removal.)

Graduation & Stag/ette Parties: Not Permitted. (We do not accept weekend graduation or stag/ette parties in the  vacation properties due to repetitive and extreme cleaning & damage costs.)

Internet Availability & Usage: Wireless broadband provided. (Access username and security key listed in the welcome package.)

Locking Door: Keyless code locks or keyed locks on exterior doors. (Code or keys provided in Welcome package)

Long Term Stays: Are welcome and special pricing may be available. Please enquire via email. (No long stay Summer Bookings.)

Missing Items: Are billed at replacement value. (Our property manager inventories the property on each departure day.)

Web Site Guarantee: Information posted on the respective property page of the website will be honoured.

Noise Restrictions: Volumes must be turned down at 11pm. (Please use neighbourly consideration.)

Parking: Off-street spaces available in dedicated parking area as stated for the specific property. (Parking not securitized.)

Pets Not Permitted: No Pets Allowed.

Reservation Changes: Will be accepted provided the new dates are available. Money already paid will then be transferred to the new dates. (If the new dates involve a change in booking season (rates), additional payments required and/or refunds due will apply.)

Reservation Guarantee: If the booked property is damaged & we cannot fulfill your reservation, the reservation will be cancelled and a 100% refund provided., ( will assume an accommodation-related relocation cost of up to $1000 CAD and will endeavour to located alternate comparable accommodation.)
Resort Information: is provided on our website [] and is also availabe from the resorts website (

Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage: Dedicated ski/board storage is located as stated for the specific property. No skis/boards inside the vacation property. (Skis/boards must be stored in this exterior storage.)

Snow Guarantee: No guarantees are given for snow and/or weather. (This are beyond our control.)

Complaints Concerning Property: Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. (Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims regarding property condition after your departure.)

Guest Account Termination: and/or the property manager reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after three warnings. (Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property)


Ineligible Guests & Refusal of Business:

48-Hour Reservation Cancellation: and/or their property manager reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking, and past Guests known to have: intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behaviour, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. (Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses)

Privacy:, their booking Contact agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of their Guests without prior written consent from the Guests, except under force of law, or for law enforcement purposes relating to policy and property violation. and their booking Contact also agree to not use Guest personal information for any reason other than its original intended purpose without written consent from the Guests. Check-In & Arrival Information

We will provide to you full arrival, check-in and property instructions by email in the month prior to your check-in date, based on receipt of your payment of the full amount due for the entire booking.If you do not receive your check-in information by email please contact us immediately!


Payment Policies

All rates are quoted in Canadian Funds.  All payment types, including but not restricted to, reservation deposits, balance of payments, damage deposits, total payments and other payment types will be refunded by cheque as per the Terms & Conditions.
