In the 1980's Heather Robilliard stopped in at Silver Star Mountain for an evening of night skiing, on route from Banff to Whistler Blackcomb. A harvest moon bigger than you can imagine, and great skiing was what she found and something special was discovered...
Ever since then Heather has been sharing her discovery with friends and guests alike. In 2000 John was one of those she brought to Silver Star and together it is their alpine winter home.
John and Heather have skied extensively; western Canada, western and eastern USA, Japan's Hokkaido and Honshu islands, a number of Europes most famous resorts, New Zealand and Australia. In any given year they often ski 25 different resorts in a few different countries.
Providing you a place to holiday that delivers a true ski-to-your-door experience, where the chalet has been built or renovated to have what skiers need where they need it; heated gear drying room at the ski-in/ski-out entry, comfortable living spaces, fully equipped kitchen, WiFi throughout, easy level and close access to the village center, located adjacent a ski lift, views to sit and watch for hours so you can immerse yourself in the beauty of the living above the snow line.
